- explain what compliance and audit mean (for companies);
- illustrate which (nowadays) are the main compliance rules and practices;
- introduce to the audit (definitions, aims, auditor/audit firms, etc.);
- present the main contents of the Legislative Decree 39/2010 (audit rules in Italy)
comment the main articles of the Civil Code that concern Audit, Statutory Auditors’ Committee and Financial Statements
- basic knowledge of International Standard on Auditing (ISA and ISA Italia)
