This introductory course provides a foundational understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM). SCM is a cross-functional discipline encompassing key business processes and best practices to effectively manage the flow of information and products from origin to customer. Topics range from strategic considerations like forecasting and demand management to tactical execution in sourcing, procurement, logistics (warehousing, distribution, and transportation), and sales & operations planning.
