Il progetto è pensato per il potenziamento delle 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 necessarie agli studenti e alle studentesse magistrali in Economia e Management. Sviluppa competenze in 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 e 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 attraverso un percorso strutturato che include laboratori, colloqui individuali e incontri con alumni, con una richiesta complessiva di ore poco impegnativa e molto facile da abbinare alle altre attività degli studenti (6 ore di laboratory, circa 3 ore di colloqui individuali).

Al termine del progetto, i partecipanti riceveranno l'𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞 "𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫", un certificato rilasciato dall’Università degli Studi di Padova che valorizza il curriculum vitae e i profili social personali in ottica di web reputation.

This project is designed to enhance the soft skills essential for our master's degree student in Economics and Management. It helps develop competencies in communication, decision-making, and leadership through a structured programme that includes workshops, individual coaching, and meetings with alumni.
