Description

This workshop is organised in cooperation with the Padova Committee of the Italian Red Cross and targets students in the third year of the Bachelor in Scienze politiche, relazioni internazionali e diritti umani (SRD) and of the master’s degree in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance (HRG).

The number of participants is 25 (15 of SRD; 10 of HRG). Exceptionally, the number can be increased to 30 (15 + 15). The working language is English. The activity is in two phases:

• Phase 1: two introductory seminars offered by International Humanitarian Law and Humanitarian Action experts from the Italian Committee of the Red Cross;
• Phase 2: a weekend of training and simulation hosted and animated by the Padova Committee of the Red Cross.

The workshop covers about 20 hours.

Participation in both phases is mandatory. A certificate of participation will be issued to those who attended at least 80% of the hours.
